City Rescue Mission extends overnight shelter services amid cold weather City Rescue Mission (CRM) is expanding its overnight shelter services to provide a safe place for individuals experiencing homelessness. Starting from December 29, 2025, individuals can check in each day at the New Life Inn campus at 3:30 p.m. The expanded hours will remain in effect as long as temperatures remain below 40 degrees.
