The podcast will provide information about treatments, coping techniques, and resources for individuals dealing with mental health issues. The City of Jacksonville offers mental health services, and military veterans can use resources such as the National Suicide and Crisis Hotline. Episode 1 will address the topic of children's mental health, and episode 3 will discuss men's mental issues. Future episodes will continue the conversation, featuring episodes from the podcast.
